Vineyard Waiver Public Workshop and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Scoping Meeting
The San Fransisco Bay Regional Water Board staff will hold a public workshop to discuss a Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Vineyard Facilities in the Napa River and Sonoma Creek Watersheds (Vineyard Waiver).
Immediately following the workshop, Water Board staff will hold a Scoping Meeting in conformance with CEQA. Interested parties are invited to attend. Staff will discuss the key elements of the proposed Vineyard Waiver, and take comments on the project and its potential environmental impacts.
