Legislative Hearing - Issues Facing California Wine Industry
State Sen. Lois Wolk, D-Davis, and Assemblyman Bill Dodd, D-Napa, will host a joint legislative committee hearing next week at UC Davis to discuss issues facing the California wine industry.
The Committee on Agriculture and Select Committees on Wine will meet with a panel of top industry experts for an informational hearing on the future of the wine industry in California. The main topics of the hearing will be the release of a new study regarding the economic impact of California’s wine industry and how technological advancements can improve water efficiency.
