Lake Solano Hike – Family Friendly
Bring the kids to Lake Solano County Park, 10 minutes west of Winters, to enjoy a walk outside. This park is on the south side of Lake Solano and provides the opportunity to see many water fowl – geese, ducks – as well as some interesting wildflowers. The park also has a playground for the little ones to enjoy after the hike. Bring water, snacks, and dress for the weather. There is a picnec area to enjoy lunch, if you choose. There is a $6 day use fee.
